Matt Butts
Matt is a solo practitioner and a Birmingham native who practices in the areas of divorce and family law. While attending Birmingham School of Law, Matt served as a judicial assistant for the Honorable Judge Agnes Chappell where he observed and assisted in countless trials and hearings. This invaluable experience has helped Matt to become a zealous advocate for his clients both inside and outside the courtroom. Matt enjoys adventure, good music, and spending time with his wife and three children.
Ashlei Wingo
Ashlei grew up in North Jefferson County & enjoys serving the community she calls home. She has a heart for anyone experiencing a difficult time, which makes her a tremendous asset to the firm. When Ashlei isn’t assisting clients, you can find her serving wine in a well-known Homewood restaurant or pursuing a Level 2 sommelier certification. Ashlei loves good wine, traveling to new places, & spending time with her husband & two daughters.
Kelli Butts
Kelli Butts is the Marketing Manager for the firm, overseeing social media channels to keep them current and engaging. She specializes in cross-functional team leadership and agile project management. With experience spanning both pre-digital and modern eras, she effectively balances operational duties with a strong digital presence. Kelli is married to Matt Butts and homeschools their three children. She is dedicated to supporting their extracurricular activities and enjoys family travel and adventures together.
